The six scenic entities

Welcome to this "other" Ardèche where granite and volcanic rock dominate the landscape. Walking up and down the paths and trails one can discover the different identities of the Park:

• in the north, wooded hills and pastures,
• in the heart of the Park, terraces and chestnut groves climbing up the slopes,
• in the west, peat bogs, schistose cliffs and torrential rivers,
• and in the south, Mediterranean vegetation.

The six scenic entities define a contrasted, characteristic region.
