Landscapes Cévennes National Park

Highly varied, they extend from the granite massif of Mont Lozère, which peaks at 1699 m, to the wooded, schistose Cévennes valleys in the south of the Park, surrounding Mont Aigoual. In the west, the landscape consists of causses, gigantic limestone plateaux surrounded by the Tarn and Jonte gorges.
