The Park in action Morvan Regional Natural Park

  • The Park, in its economic mission, is the spearhead of the search for tourism investors to renovate or create tourist residences.
  • In 2008, the Park successfully continued outside the summer season to programme and organise the Margot Cafés, small cultural scenes in many cafés.
  • The Park is mobilising European funds to help farmers involved in processes of conservationist management of remarkable natural environments.
  • In 2008, a new regional forestry charter was drawn up in association with public and private landowners and all the economic players of the forest.
  • In 2008, an oral heritage centre will open in Anost (71) and work will continue to create a welfare centre for nannies and children in Alligny-en-Morvan (58)
